1.将冬瓜切成丁。

2.将切好的冬瓜放入锅中煮熟。

3.煮好的冬瓜放凉后,用纱布挤去冬瓜汁,留下冬瓜纤维剁成茸备用。

4.将菠萝切成丁。

6.将挤出汁水的菠萝肉剁成茸。

7.将菠萝汁、糖、麦芽糖放入锅中大火煮开后转小火,搅拌至糖完全溶解

8.入菠萝茸和冬瓜茸,小火不停翻炒。

9.炒到馅料水分减少变成金黄色的一团,盛出晾凉备用。

10.黄油室温软化。

11.加入糖粉和盐用打蛋器打发。

13.将奶粉和低粉混合后筛入黄油中。

14.用刮刀翻拌均匀,团成光滑的面团。不要揉太久,面能成团就行

15.将酥皮和馅根据需要的分量分好,用手把面团压扁,放入馅料。

16.面团放在手中,用另一只手的虎口转圈从底部将酥皮往上推包裹住馅料封口。

17.将包好的面团放入模具整形。

18.将做好的凤梨酥排入烤盘,170度烤15分钟。
